Terresa Urbanowski is the Practice Manager and Patient Liaison of the practice. She focuses on communication with patients to help them understand treatment planning, insurance, and financial considerations. A trained Dental Assistant with a vast amount of dental office experience, she is available Monday through Friday to help you. In addition, she is responsible for Quality Control of all clinical and billing documentation. She also coordinates all lab cases to ensure timely delivery of crowns, bridges, and dentures.
Jessica Amadei is the Patient Greeter of the practice and focuses on making your arrival and check out as pleasant as possible. She will also call upon Terresa to help answer any questions that you may have.
Melissa Johnson is the Office Assistant of the practice and focuses on calling patients to reschedule canceled appointments, coordinating calls and consults with our Patient Liaison, mailing appointment reminder letters, and assisting with numerous office tasks.
Aubrie Viera, a Dental Hygienist of the practice, has been in the field of dentistry for over 10 years. Prior to becoming a hygienist, she worked as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant for 5 years. She studied dental hygiene at The Community College of Rhode Island and the University of New England then went on to receive her Masters in Health Education at Rhode Island College. In addition to working here at our practice, she also teaches in the Dental Health Department at The Community College of Rhode Island. Aubrie is a proud member o the American Dental Hygienists' Association. Among many things, her favorite aspect of dental hygiene is patient education.
Deborah Cornacchioli, a Dental Hygienist of the practice, has been in the field of dentistry for over 30 years. Prior to becoming a hygieniest, she worked as a Dental Assistant. She studied dental hygiene at Quinsigamond Community College, where she earned her Associate of Science in Allied Health Dental Hygiene. During her career, she has worked in Pediatric, Orthodontic, and Periodontal specialities. An advocate of education, she volunteers time in public schools educating children in the practice of good oral health. Adept in patient relations, she strives to be professional and compassionate when delivering optimal care to patients.
Liz Rodriguez is the Dr. Ostromecky's Lead Dental Assistant and together they utilize 4 handed dentistry. Liz is knowledgable, warm, and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to educate patients, answer questions, and alleviate any concerns. She also is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
